Description

The Camden Valley Way Development was a design and construct contract Involving the construction of a 7/11 Service Station, Anytime Fitness, 1st Choice Liquor and Oportos Restaurant. The scope involved civil and groundworks, structural footings, tilt up construction, structural steel framing, roofing, internal fitout and external landscaping. Each client had their own time restraints and key milestones which needed to be accommodated and delivered, alongside that of the developer and local council.

The project involved detailed planning, sequencing and communication between all parties with strategic management of subcontractors and their resources. Dealing with large multinationals individual requirements, facilitating late design changes whilst maintaining completion commitments was managed seamlessly with outstanding results
