Ben Holland has over 15 years of construction experience.
He has worked for large tier construction and development companies and been trusted with a number of complex projects which often include high finishes and details across a diversity of sectors in refurbishment, fitout and construction. Throughout Ben’s career he has accumulated a long list of references and positive feedback from clients, architects and subcontractors.
Ben has a strong track record in delivering works within constrained sites, and has delivered high end projects up to $40 million. Ben’s hands on construction background along with technical qualifications lead to excellent results in programming, cost planning and design solutions and engineering. Ben’s extensive knowledge of construction is the backbone of Innocon’s success with no scope too hard to overcome.
Ben holds a Bachelor of Building in Construction Management (Honours) from the University of Technology, Sydney.
David Michael has over 7 years of construction industry experience working across construction, refurbishment and fitout disciplines, delivering challenging projects with stringent parameters.
David has delivered projects through a vast range of sectors including industrial, medical, education, office and hotels fitouts. In previous roles as a Project Manager David has delivered projects for well-known public and private sector clients with commendation regularly given for his strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
He has demonstrated a commitment to deliver on every project delivered with a hands on approach. David’s training covers all aspects of construction with experience across estimating, site management, contract administration and project management. David has a developed understanding of project planning derived from working on numerous design and construct projects and his all-round knowledge has helped him deliver turn key projects complete from start to finish on many occasions.
David holds a Bachelor of Construction Management and Property from the University of New South Wales.
